How do I know if the mounting bracket and / or suspending must be replaced?

I have a Nissan Maxima 1995. I brought Midas Review suspension because I heard a pop sound over potholes. They told me it was the mounting bracket, but Autozone sells suspending and mounting bracket separately and together. How do I know if one of these parts are made? Thank you.

Replace as a unit, do the work once and forget. Want to do my Struts ALOS everything in it. Replace the two pillars and the mounting support assemblies. Note: If no oriantaion particular, the mounting bracket, some are inclined and must be brought together in the right direction.
